Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

What happens if the lights stop working?
All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.
What are your best selling lights?
The Festoon lights have been our best sellers for years now. They are brighter and more durable than any other solar festoon lights on the market and our customers love them.
What pack sizes and colours are available for The Spot Lights?
We offer The Spot Lights in a 4-pack and a 6-pack, so you can choose the right amount for your space. They come in a lovely warm white, which gives a soft, inviting glow that's perfect for highlighting features around your garden and home. Please note warm white is the only colour option we offer for this product.
What can I use these to light up?
They're great as accent and feature lighting. Spot lights are ideal for highlighting trees, garden beds, walls, pathways, water features or the front of your house. Wherever you'd like to draw the eye to a particular spot or add a bit of drama to your outdoor space, they'll do the job nicely.
How are they powered, and how long do they last each night?
They're fully solar powered, so there's no wiring or mains power needed. After charging in the sun, they run for around 8 to 12 hours at night, giving you a longer run time on the lower brightness setting and a shorter one on high. Being solar means no added electricity costs to run them.
Can I leave them outside in all weather?
Yes, you can. The Spot Lights carry an IP65 waterproof rating, so they're built to handle rain and the elements outdoors year round. Just keep in mind the solar panels charge best in dry, sunny conditions, so positioning the panel where it catches plenty of direct sun will give you the best results.
Can I adjust where the light points?
Yes, that's one of the handy things about spot lights. You can angle them to direct the light exactly where you want it, whether that's up a tree, across a wall or along a path. For the best charge, just make sure the solar panel itself is positioned to catch direct sunlight during the day
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Royal Mail, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery UK-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Royal Mail, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Royal Mail site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within the UK will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
