Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.

What kind of effect do The LED Wall Lights give off?
They create a lovely up and down cross-beam effect. With 6 LEDs split across the top and bottom, the light casts both upwards and downwards for a stylish ambience on your walls. The glow itself is soft, much like candlelight, making them a classy finishing touch for the outside of your home.
What colour options are available?
The LED Wall Lights come in warm white and white. Warm white gives a softer, more elegant candlelit feel, while white offers a brighter, crisper look. Either way, they'll add a touch of class to your outdoor space.
Do I need to switch them on and off myself?
No, they work completely automatically. Just turn the switch to the "ON" position before installing, and from there the light charges itself during the day and illuminates at night. There's no fiddly switching required, and being solar powered, there are no electricity bills either.
How do I install them, and where can I put them?
Installation is easy using the included screws, and they'll fix to just about any wall surface, whether it's metal, wood or plastic. They're really versatile too, working a treat on walkways, fences, walls, porches, decks, gardens, terraces, poolside areas and garage doors. They also double as a handy security wall sconce.
Can they handle all weather conditions?
Yes, they're built for it. With an IP65 waterproof rating and a durable ABS and PC construction, these lights stand up well to heat, impact, low temperatures and chemicals. For best results, install them somewhere they'll get 4 to 6 hours of direct sun, and they'll automatically light up from dusk to dawn.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Royal Mail, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery UK-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Royal Mail, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Royal Mail site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within the UK will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our friendly team here and they will be able to help you along the way.
