Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

What happens if the lights stop working?
All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.

The Festoon lights have been our best sellers for years now. They are brighter and more durable than any other solar festoon lights on the market and our customers love them.
What's included in The Large Light Bundle with Festoon Lights?
You get a great mix to light up your whole outdoor space. The bundle includes 1 set of Festoon Lights, 8 Pattern Lights and 8 LED Ground Lights. It's a handy all-in-one option for creating layered lighting across your patio, garden and pathways without buying everything separately.
Are all the lights in the bundle solar powered?
The Pattern Lights and LED Ground Lights are fully solar powered, charging during the day and switching on automatically at night thanks to their built-in light sensors. The Festoon Lights are also solar powered, with the added option of charging via a 5V 1A USB charger if you'd prefer a quicker top-up. Across the board, it's energy efficient lighting with no added electricity costs.
Can I leave the whole set outside in the weather?
Yes, you can. All the lights in this bundle carry an IP65 waterproof rating, so they're built to handle rain and the elements outdoors. Just keep in mind the solar panels charge best in dry, sunny conditions, so positioning them where they catch plenty of direct sun will give you the best results.
How do I set everything up? Will I need tools or wiring?
It's a fuss-free setup with no wiring needed. The Pattern Lights and LED Ground Lights simply push into the soil with their included stakes or pikes, taking just seconds each. The Festoon Lights string up across your patio, deck or pergola and have replaceable bulbs, with the set including 15 bulbs plus a spare. You can have the whole lot looking the part in no time.
What kind of glow do they give off, and how long do they last each night?
The bundle gives a warm, inviting glow that's perfect for entertaining or just relaxing outdoors. The Festoon Lights shine in a cosy 2700K warm white with 4 lighting modes to choose from, while the solar Pattern and Ground Lights run for around 8 to 10 hours a night after a full day's charge. Together they create a lovely layered ambience from string lights overhead to soft accent lighting at ground level.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Royal Mail, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery UK-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Royal Mail, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Royal Mail site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within the UK will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
