What are the dimensions, folded and unfolded?
When set up, it measures 59.9cm x 28cm x 49cm (L x W x H). Folded down for storage, it slims right down to 60cm x 28cm x 13cm, making it easy to tuck away in tight spaces. The whole thing weighs just 2.67kg.
How does it switch between a kneeler and a seat?
It's nice and simple. You just flip the kneeler over to transform it into a seat, giving you two uses from the one item. This lets you swap between kneeling to garden and sitting to rest or work at a higher level whenever you need.

How quickly do I get my kneeler after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different items, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your kneeler will be sent via Royal Mail, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Royal Mail, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Royal Mail site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

If I don't like the kneeler, can I return it?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our kneeler is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your kneeler to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.
